Processes and Capabilities

Allase does laser marking, Metal Photos, digital printing, pad printing, screen printing, impact stenciling, and general fabrication processes such as shearing, drilling, milling and CNC routing.

LibertyLaser Marking

CO2 lasers are used to mark a wide variety of materials including: coated and non-coated metals, plastics, wood, leather, glass and more. Images that can be marked include text, bar codes, logos and even photographs. This is a very affordable option especially for low- volume requirements.

Metal Photo®

The Metal-Photo® process combines extreme durability and high quality images with exceptional value. An image is exposed to light and “developed” on a sheet of aluminum; this is then sealed beneath a sapphire-hard protective layer. Like an actual photographic process only the master film is required. No screens or plates are required which makes this great for high-quality, low-volume needs.

Digital Printing

When colorful, high-quality images with custom shapes are required, a great option is often digital printing. Attractive labels, decals, banners, vehicle graphics and more can be created using this fast and flexible process. No special tooling is required to develop the shape you need which makes this a very affordable option that works well in most applications. Lamination can even be added to further improve abrasion and chemical resistance.

Screen Printing

In this process, colored inks are forced through a specially developed screen to leave high- quality, durable images on a wide variety of substrates.

Pad Printing

Great for high volumes, pad printing offers color and durability at an affordable price. Often used for identification of promotional products, it is also popular anywhere low cost is required.

Impact Stenciling

When a deep permanent image is required (usually in metal) impact stenciling is often the best choice. In this process, a computer-controlled mechanical stylus is used to create text, logos or bar code information and is also often used to mark tooling as a theft deterrent.

General Fabrication

Allase offers general fabrication processes in addition to our identification services. Shearing, drilling, milling and CNC routing are just some of the capabilities that we offer daily to our customers
